Certified nutrition coach
Co-author of seven national bestsellers
Former columnist for Prevention, Yoga Journal, and the Morning Call
Finding honest health takes on the internet can be like searching the ocean for pearls. They’re few and far between, with countless hucksters cherry-picking study results in an effort to come up with the sensational claims that attract followers. As a writer, I strive to attract and hold attention by doing the opposite: Providing readers with the nuanced truth about any given topic, along with actionable take-home advice.
