Alice Oglethorpe has been a health journalist for more than 20 years. She worked on staff at Good Housekeeping, Fitness, and Shape magazines before becoming a freelance writer in 2011. Since then, she’s written for O The Oprah Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, Real Simple, Men’s Health, and more.
Alice Oglethorpe attended Penn State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in journalism, and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, where she received a master’s degree in journalism.
