Experience

Dr. Leader is currently the Director of the Division of Health Equity at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. She was previously the Director of Global Health at Eastern Virginia Medical School, an attending physician at Children's Specialty Group in Norfolk, Virginia. She is also the co-founder and co-director of the Manos de Ramon with the mission to improve maternal care in the Dominican Republic.

Education

Dr Leader completed medical school and her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, received her MPH at UMass Amherst's School of Public Health & Health Sciences, her medical fellowship at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and her bachelor's degree at Princeton University.
