While you can use this medication at any time of the day, it might be more comfortable to use it at bedtime.
How long can I use Hylafem (boricum acidum 3X) for?
Based on the manufacturer's directions, you can use Hylafem (boricum acidum 3X) for 3 days for new infection. But if you've had the infection for a while, you might need treatment for 6 days.
