Parkinson’s disease is a progressive condition. At this time, there’s not a medication that helps slow the worsening of symptoms.
However, there are some lifestyle changes that may help improve strength, energy, range of motion, coordination, and heart health. This may in turn help slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease, according to Jason Krellman, PhD, Neuropsychologist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
