How long do the side effects last for Trulicity?

People most commonly experience gastrointestinal (GI) side effects within the first few weeks of starting Trulicity. A decreased appetite, stomach pain, and indigestion can also occur. These side effects usually improve or go away within a few weeks once your body adjusts to the medication.
