What Is Raynaud's Phenomenon?

Raynaud's phenomenon is a condition where the fingers and toes, and sometimes nose and ears, may turn white or flush blue or purple. This due to blood vessel spasms triggered by cold or stress, which reduce blood flow to the extremities.
