Caleb has more than 5 years of pharmacy practice experience in multiple settings, including retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, and academia (Indiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate to be obtained in 2024). Caleb has been active in many pharmacy organizations and has been president of local chapters. He has also been active in research and has led several endeavors presented at national pharmacy conferences, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear. His topics of research include medical reviews of loratadine for colony-stimulating-factor-induced ostealgia, cellular and genetic studies of tamoxifen in breast malignancy, emergent headache treatment, and an angiotensin II evaluation in critically ill patients. Caleb has certifications in advanced coronary life support, comprehensive medication reviews, and immunization administration. He was a member of the Rho Chi pharmacy honor society when he graduated summa cum laude from Manchester University in 2023. He has also led many healthcare and non-healthcare-related community service activities throughout schooling and residency.
Caleb received his doctorate degree in pharmacy (PharmD) from Manchester University in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He attended Manchester University for both undergraduate and professional studies. Caleb is completing a PGY1 pharmacy residency in hospital medicine, and he plans to complete a PGY2 pharmacy residency in critical care medicine in 2024-2025. Caleb plans to obtain critical care and emergency medicine board certifications.
