Qsymia is a combination of topiramate and phentermine, a sympathomimetic anti-epileptic drug, which mimics neurotransmitters in the brain to reduce appetite. The most common form of Qsymia is a 7.5mg/46mg capsule. It is also available as a 3.75mg/23mg capsule, a 11.25/69mg capsule, and a 15mg/92mg capsule.
