  • Bleeding disorder
  • Brain cancer
  • Heart disease
  • History of heart attack
  • Irregular heartbeat or rhythm
  • Low blood cell levels (white cells, platelets)
  • Other liver conditions
  • Recent liver surgery
  • An unusual reaction to melphalan, other medications, latex, rubber, foods, dyes, or preservatives
  • Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
  • Breastfeeding

How should I use this drug?

This medication is infused into a blood vessel in your liver. It is given by your care team in a hospital or clinic setting.
