Jacqueline is a management consultant and writer. She consults across a broad range of industries to strategically transform businesses in Australia, the U.K., and the U.S. Jacqueline is also an experienced keynote speaker and authority figure on workforce management, particularly the millennial generation.
As a “millennial translator,” she helps workplaces understand their workforce. Jacqueline has presented keynotes, been featured in numerous podcast interviews, and published articles in Australian, Chinese, and U.K. publications.
Jacqueline is the author of three non-fiction books, with her latest being Managing Millennials: Shaping a New Work Paradigm. She is an active member of various creative and media groups. She is passionate about bringing about positive change, especially through the art of storytelling.
Jacqueline has qualifications in social sciences, psychology, art, and trauma therapy. Born and raised in Australia, Jacqueline studied at the University of Tasmania, Southern Cross University, and Deakin University. Following graduation, she continued her education with the Creative Expression Centre for Arts Therapy (CECAT) and the International Trauma Training Institute.
