These Account Creation Discount Promotion Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the GoodRx Account Creation Promotion (this “Promo”)

Limit one Promo per GoodRx account. New account holders only. You will not receive additionally-discounted promo coupon pricing for multiple uses of the same account, and only one new account Promo offer is permitted per user. You must create your GoodRx account prior to using a discount coupon or savings card to qualify for this Promo. Upon redemption of the Promo, medications shall be available at their regularly-listed prices.
Sorry, controlled substances and certain other medications as determined in GoodRx’s sole discretion are excluded from this Promo. Check goodrx.com to search for medications that qualify for the Promo.
The purpose of this Promo and the financial incentive associated with it is to encourage consumers to register for an account and use a GoodRx coupon. The categories of personal information that GoodRx collects to administer the Promo include: (1) identifiers (such as name or e-mail address); (2) commercial information (such as records of coupons used); and (3) Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and information regarding consumer interactions with an internet website or mobile application).
Qualified participants who use the designated coupon will automatically receive a discount coupon on the first fill of their eligible medication.
Consumers may opt-in by opting in to the Promo, registering for a free account on the website, selecting a coupon, and redeeming it at a participating pharmacy. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Promo at any time by not utilizing their GoodRx accounts further.
The financial incentive GoodRx offers to consumers through the Promo is reasonably related to the value of the consumers’ data. To form the basis for offering the financial incentive, GoodRx has valued the personal information it obtains through the Promo based on a reasonable and good faith calculation determined by considering expenses related to the offer, provision, or imposition of any financial incentive or price or service difference as permitted under Title 11 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 999.337(a)(6). The amount of expenses associated with this Promo is calculated by measuring the proportionate IT, product and development costs incurred for the third quarter of 2021 annualized to calculate full-year amounts, the specific details of which we maintain as a trade secret.
If we believe that a participant has violated any of the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to where we believe a GoodRx account is being used without proper authorization, fraudulently, inappropriately or unlawfully, then we may terminate that participant’s GoodRx account without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify any GoodRx account, the Terms and Conditions, or this Promo at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. Discount may not be sold, traded or transferred to others.
